We know you're eager to get your package as quickly as possible, so we ship orders out within 24 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays and Holidays) unless otherwise noted in the product description.
When your order ships out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order number and tracking information. If you did not receive that email (make sure to check spam/junk folders), please contact email@example.com and include your full name and order number if you have it.
Once your order ships out, shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method that you choose. Please refer to the list below for shipping times (US orders only):

If you live outside of the US, shipping times can take 2-4 weeks. Unfortunately, international orders can arrive later than expected due to a package held at customs, which is out of our control.

When you add Route+, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
If your order is being returned-to-sender, please check that the shipping address you provided is correct. When we receive your package, we will need an updated shipping address, and you will be responsible for the shipping fee. Your order will be re-sent once the shipping fee is paid.
If you open your package to discover that you received the incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. It is essential to include as many details as possible such as:
Name, Order number, Product missing/wrong item, Any applicable photos (wrong tag, invoice, etc.)
