The face masks are ultra-comfortable and made from high-quality fabrics. These masks are machine washable and reusable. However, these face masks are not intended for medical use and do not protect from all particles.

*FRW warrants face masks to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Due to health considerations, face masks may not be returned. All face mask sales are final.
Bust: Measure around the shoulder blades, under the armpits and over the fullest part of the bust. Waist: Find your natural waistline and measure. Hip: Measure the fullest part of the hip (usually over your butt).
If you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason, you can submit your return for store credit. Please read all of the return policy before initiating a return.
Due to safety precautions regarding COVID-19, we are letting return packages sit for 3 days before processing. This is to protect our customers and staff. Please expect a small delay while processing returns.
Returns must start within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund including the cost of return shipping in the form of an E-gift card.
Non final sale items that are $15 or less, and returned within 30 days will be refunded a store credit, minus the cost of the shipping label.
A 15% restocking fee may apply if returns are recieved more than 1 month after a return label was created.
We do not accept exchanges. You may use your store credit from a previous return toward a new purchase instead. If you are on a tight deadline, and can't wait for the processing of a return, we recommend you place a new separate order. This policy helps us reduce the chance of an item selling out during a typical exchange window.
It can take 3-5 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received.
Accounts marked for returns abuse will be blocked from the website.
Which items are ineligible for return?
Items must be in resell-able condition; this includes but is not limited to the following:
Returns must have all tags attached and in good condition to be accepted.
Returns with the hygienic liner unattached will not be accepted. We actively enforce this policy and make no exceptions for the health and safety of our customers. This policy protects you too! Returns missing their liner are not eligible for either a refund or store credit. You will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the item(s) to you, or we will dispose of the item(s).
Shoes returned with missing or damaged packaging with not be accepted for store credit. You will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the items to you.
If your items are dirty, have stains, or bad odors; they will not be accepted for store credit, no exceptions. This is determined at the discretion of Freedom Rave Wear. You will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the items to you, or we will dispose of them.
Most orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
Made to order & Never Lost Swim items may take up to 7 business days or longer to ship. For any questions about your made to order items contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also email support questions you have about shipping times before you place an order.
We use USPS as our mail carrier. We also ship worldwide.
The shipping rate is based on the weight of your products and your location.
You will be given a tracking number by email once an order is shipped. The order confirmation email will contain all relevant information regarding package tracking. If you do not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please notify us.
Note: From time to time, carriers fail to scan items when shipped. We will do our best to determine where your package is, however, once an order leaves our warehouse, we only have access to the tracking number. We cannot intercept shipments on your behalf.
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will send you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Shipping Transit Times
Delivery time varies by shipping method. The only shipping method that comes with a guaranteed time is express shipping. First-class and Priority Mail are estimated transit times and may take longer to be delivered. This is USPS policy, not FRW.
Insurance and Liability
Once a package is scanned by USPS, we are not responsible for where your parcel ends up.
Route Shipping Insurance
Freedom Rave Wear is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.
We HIGHLY recommend insuring every package with Route Shipping Insurance. Route Insurance can be purchased at the checkout, and the cost varies with the value of your order. Route Insurance will send you an email after you place an order with instructions on how to file a claim if a package is missing, lost, or stolen.
**Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.**
International Orders & Customs
Purchasing shipping insurance is HIGHLY recommended for international orders. We will not be responsible for international customs duties, fees, or lost packages. Customs policies vary widely, so please check with your local customs office for more information. If an international order has not been scanned delivered after 30 days from the original order date, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf if you purchases insurance.
